The new anti-static technology reduces mess, while the redesigned load bin ensures smoother bean feeding and an expanded 100-gram catch cup caters to batch brews. The Gen 2 burrs enhance extraction from light-roasted coffees, with a grind range starting at 250 microns compared to the 550 microns of the Gen I. The improved internal hopper design optimizes bean flow. With new anti-static technology for less flying ground coffee, and a larger 100g catch bin compared to 80g on the Gen 1, it’s ideal for bigger brew servings.
