The Syphon is main feature of our brew bar and we love them. Its a new interesting brewing method rarely seen in Dublin but it brew and delicious coffee with great body which sets it apart from your regular filter coffees which use fine paper filters.
The syphon works using the basic laws of physics. Fill the lower chamber with water which, when heated, flows to the upper chamber with ground beans. After a few minutes, disconnect the heat source and your coffee will flow through the filter into the lower chamber. It is ready!
